A: We currently offer both private and group lessons for Junior and Adult Tennis players of all levels at our 9 court tennis facility at ClubSport of San Ramon in beautiful San Ramon California. Again this spring of we will be offering Jr Development weekend camps, and Adult and Jr Fitness and training Boot Camps. June 18th 2007 kicks off the Summer Camps and High performance Academy Programs. Q: How do I sign-up for clinics or lessons? A: Please feel free to contact us directly at our San Ramon USA office (925) 735-8500 Ex. 513. Many Adult classes are drop-in, so check out the current schedule here on the site and just come on by. All programs are available to non club members at a small additional charge. For Summer Camp and Academy my registration we offer print out forms here on the site. We can also mail you information packets, or discuss our programs with you by phone. Lessons are schedules directly through our San Ramon office. You can e-mail us at: learn10s@gmail.com Q: How can I know if classes will be held when the weather is questionable or if i just want to make sure my class will run as scheduled? A: For schedule updates and information by telephone we ask that you call our 24/7 toll free Tennis Information Hotline number in the United States at (866) 256-0758. The hotline is updated several time during the day as necessary. Q: What if I can't make it to my scheduled lesson, clinic or class? A: Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance for all series classes and private lessonsas well as no shows, will be counted as a lesson taken. Q: How long do I have to use up my lesson or clinic series or package? A: Series discounts and cards are offered with the expectation that students will make a “best effort” to attend all scheduled classes. All private lesson & clinic / camp packages must be used with-in 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Q: When and how can I pay for services with PPT Academy? A: All series Adult and Private Lessons must be paid for or billed in advance. We accept checks / Cash / Visa / MC / American Express, checks made payable to ClubSport San Ramon. Q: Do you offer refunds on lesson packages and series? A: We do not offer refunds on lessons, clinics, classes, discount value cards, junior series, or academy and camp programs; you are of course able to switch pro's, take a break and resume at a later date, or try, and or finish your lessons by joining another group class at the same level. We want you to be totally happy and well satisfied with your experience with the PPT Academy. Q: I can't see your all your pages and content, is the site down? A: Ad-blocking software such as found in Norton's Internet Security are known to cause problems with a lot of websites. While they do a good job of blocking intrusive pop-up advertising, they also "censor" key-words on web-pages that they believe are related to advertising. As part of this, some websites can have entire sections, such as our comprehensive pages, blocked and unavailable for you to enjoy and view. The only fix for this is to either turn off ad-blocking for our site, or to disable Norton's Internet Security's ad-blocking feature completely. Q: Some of the site content seems dated or is not up and available? A: We work on trying to stay current and update the site as often as we can. Please check back often, as content is updated daily.
